Hauntica Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy ("Terms and Policy") apply to your access and use of the Hauntica website and all related products, services, and digital content (collectively, the "Service"). Hauntica ("we," "us," or "our") operates as a marketing platform that connects travelers to independently owned and operated ghost tours, haunted pub crawls, and paranormal experiences across the United States. We do not provide or operate tours ourselves.

By using Hauntica.com or engaging with our platform in any way, you agree to these Terms and Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.

 

1. Nature of the Service

Hauntica is a digital platform and brand that promotes and markets ghost tour experiences in cities nationwide. The tours featured on our platform are delivered by independent operators. Hauntica is not responsible for delivering, managing, or overseeing any tours or in-person services.

 

Tour bookings may be processed directly through Hauntica or redirected to third-party sites operated by independent affiliates. In either case, the tour is delivered by an independent party, and all questions, concerns, liabilities, or claims must be directed to the operator.

2. Eligibility

 

To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

 

3. User Responsibilities

 

You agree to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hauntica will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or personal injury, arising from your use of or reliance on our Service.
